#2 - Damian decided he wanted to watch "Veggie Tales". So when I wasn't looking, he climbed onto the arm of the couch, from which he can reach the VCR. He successfully got the movie playing all by himself. I was too proud of him for taking initiative to remind him that he'd already watched kind of a lot of TV today.
#3 - Damian had arts and crafts time today, painting a wooden monkey mask thing we found at Jo-Ann. But then he got bored of the monkey face, and when I wasn't looking, he started painting his hand. And then his own face. For the sake of encouraging his creativity, I let it go for a while ... until the paint started dripping on the floor. Good thing the carpet didn't even look clean when we moved in.
Maybe I should watch Damian a little more carefully before the mischief becomes unmanageable...
